Location

Business Centrum Gooi is located on the Baarnsche Dijk in Baarn. This town in the province of Utrecht lies in the heart of the Netherlands, between Hilversum and Amersfoort. The location is at the foot of exit 11 of the A1 motorway. Business Centrum Gooi is easy to reach not only by car, but also by public transport or by (electric) bike, for which a covered bicycle shed with charging points is available.

Restyling

Business Centrum Gooi has been sustainably renovated and restyled. Office and practice spaces starting at 20 m² are furnished in a flexible, professional and inviting way. The building has a fibre-optic connection, providing high-speed internet. Pantries and restrooms are available on all floors, from the basement up to and including the third floor. The inviting entrance hall features a Nespresso coffee corner and a modern, staffed service desk.

All-in solutions

Business Centrum Gooi offers all-in solutions if desired. This gives you a flexible, practical and professionally furnished workplace. Your guests are received at the service desk. Coffee/tea, fibre-optic internet and parking right outside are all part of this all-in package. Meetings can be held in one of the three meeting rooms. All the facilities a professional needs are under one roof at this 'A1' location.

Parking

BCG has its own car park for more than 100 cars and 4 Ecotap fast chargers for electric vehicles. The site also has a covered bicycle shed with charging points.

The building is clearly laid out, with a spacious atrium with staircase and a generous lift. The internal digital signage makes it clear at a glance where you need to be.

Service Desk

The service desk is located in the central hall. Our team welcomes guests and suppliers and accepts mail. They call you when a visitor has arrived and offer guests coffee or tea. On request they also provide secretarial support. The service desk is open on working days between 08:30 and 17:00 (www.remindallroundsupport.nl). The building is accessible to tenants 24/7.

Meetings

You don't need to leave the building to brainstorm, hold a meeting or give a presentation. BCG has three business lounges. The lounges are set up for coaching, training, meetings or presentations for 2 to 100 people and come with all the professional facilities you need. Several local partners can provide attractive catering options.

When it comes to sustainability, Business Centrum Gooi continues to embrace innovation. Since 2018, sustainable measures have halved our energy consumption. Within a year, this resulted in an A+ energy rating. 50% of the waste stream is reused. Our solar panels generate approximately 25% of our own energy.
